Setup instructions
- Go to Google Cloud Console
- Create a Service Account (or use an existing one)
- Download JSON key, save as
ga4-service-account.json in project root
- Enable the Google Analytics Data API in your GCP project
- In GA4 Admin → Property Access, add the service account email as Viewer
- Restart the server
